Age Requirement

Adults must complete enrollment for any minor student. Online submissions must be made by a person 18 years of age or older.

By using this website and opting in to receive SMS communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

SMS Communications

If you provide a mobile number, you may receive SMS communications related to your inquiry, classes, or events.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional and/or marketing SMS messages from Sky Family Martial Arts. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to enroll in or attend classes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Sky Family Martial Arts is not responsible for any charges, delays, or failures in message delivery, which depend on your mobile carrier and are outside our control.

Class Registration & Payment

Specific membership terms, payment schedules, and cancellation policies are provided in writing at enrollment.

Conduct & Liability Waiver

All students must follow dojo etiquette and safety rules. Participation requires a signed liability waiver. Martial arts training carries inherent risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the property of Sky Family Martial Arts or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability
